"Artemis drives returns for our investors by acquiring properties below replacement cost, effective management and repositioning throughout our hold period, then exiting to strategic buyers who derive the most value from ownership. We look for assets that are well-located but have been mismanaged or lack the necessary capital to remain competitive relative to their comparable set. We stay away from assets that present binary risks."

"Through the Artemis Emerging Manager Program we are able to widen the circle of opportunity for those underrepresented in the real estate industry. Minority and women owned businesses have purchased nearly $1 billion in assets through the Artemis Emerging Manager Program and we aim to multiply that number in the years to come."

"Artemis’ emerging manager program has enabled our firm to forge new pathways for growth. As one of the first approved emerging managers in the Frontier Mach Emerging Manager Program, I can speak firsthand as to the benefits we’ve reaped from working with a partner like Artemis. Their disciplined investment approach and institutional perspective have made us better investors and operators. Artemis has gone above and beyond by being responsive and insightful as we’ve tackled new investment opportunities together. Frontier Mach is about so much more than just the capital it provides to emerging managers; The Artemis team and its clients are truly exceptional in their support and development of the next generation of real estate investment platforms."

"Partnering with Artemis has really put us on the map! It's not just the access to capital - it's the credibility you have from being aligned with a respected name in the business. When you bid on a deal, the brokers and sellers don't view you as an inexperienced newcomer; you're viewed as a player, who can commit to a deal and deliver. That credibility, along with the resources and expertise of the Artemis team, has put us on the path to success!"
