Mr. Griffin is a Senior Vice President of Artemis responsible for the oversight of construction activities for all related Artemis investments. Mr. Griffin joined Artemis/Great Falls Advisors in March 2022 and is based in metropolitan Washington, D.C. Mr. Griffin is an employee of Great Falls Advisors.

Prior to joining Artemis/GFA, Mr. Griffin spent four years as Director of National Development at Kimco Realty, managing design and construction for serval major redevelopments, which included a focus on mixed-use (office, residential and hospitality) in addition to retail projects. These projects were located throughout the country. Mr. Griffin also spent seven years with JBG Smith, in various roles, most recently as Vice President of Design & Construction, with a focus on mixed-use developments. Prior to JBG Smith, Mr. Griffin spent seven years with James G. Davis Construction, a large, private commercial contractor, where he had progressive experience on a variety of construction projects.

Mr. Griffin earned both a BS and MA in Architecture Design from Catholic University.

Mr. Griffin is a member of Urban Land Institute.
