Ms. Stokes is a Vice President of Artemis and Counsel of CRE Legal Advisors. Ms. Stokes joined Artemis/CRE Legal Advisors in March of 2025 and is based in metropolitan Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Artemis/CRE Legal Advisors, Ms. Stokes was an associate at ArentFox Schiff LLP, where she represented private equity real estate investors and publicly traded companies in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate assets. She also advised clients on corporate and organizational structuring, joint venture agreements, as well as asset management aspects of owning and operating commercial real estate properties across the country.

Ms. Stokes earned her BA from Villanova University and JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
