Mr. Smith is a Senior Vice President responsible for developing and implementing asset management activities of Artemis, focused on industrial investments. Mr. Smith joined Artemis in April 2024 and is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Previously, Mr. Smith was a Vice President at American Realty Advisors working in Asset Management focused on industrial and office investments. Prior to ARA, Mr. Smith worked for the Vintage Capital Group in Los Angeles focused on value-add retail acquisition and redevelopment. Prior to that he started his career in real estate at JH Snyder in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for underwriting and maintaining models for office, multifamily, condo, retail, and mixed-use development projects.

Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
