Mr. Harrington is a Senior Vice President of Artemis responsible for the oversight of construction activities for all Artemis investments. Mr. Harrington joined Artemis/Great Falls Advisors in June 2022 and is based in metropolitan Washington, DC. Mr. Harrington is an employee of Great Falls Advisors.

Prior to joining Artemis/GFA, Mr. Harrington spent eight years at Fillmore Capital Partners, most recently planning and executing all new development and capital improvements as Vice President of Construction, focused on hospitality, residential, healthcare and retail projects throughout the country. Prior to Fillmore Capital, Mr. Harrington spent five years as Regional Project Manager for Balfour Beatty US, a national, commercial general contractor, where he was responsible for business acquisitions and operational support on a variety of projects and initiatives throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Harrington also previously spent four years as Senior Construction Manager at Vornado/Charles E. Smith, overseeing the entitlements, design and construction of high-rise, multi-family projects in the Washington, DC, metro area.  Mr. Harrington started his career at Clark Construction Group, another national, commercial general contractor, where he gained extensive experience on a variety of construction projects.

Mr. Harrington holds a BA in History from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
